Refund policy

We really hope you love your Affirmed Collective order however if you do wish to make a return we will accept this within 14 days of your order being delivered. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. This must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and the swing tag must not be removed. 

Please ensure you send an email to info@affirmedcollective.com with your order number, items you wish to return and reason for return. 

Items must be free of any stains or marks such as fake tan, makeup, pet hair or deodorant. 

You will be responsible for the cost of the return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We reccommend you use a postal service that includes tracking. Please keep your postal reciept.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm this. If approved your refund will be processed which can take up to 21 days.
